It's so true. I have been searching for a structured settlement loan, myself not being sure exactly what it involves, but a transfer was not in mind. What I get are dozens, perhaps hundreds of ads and sites using interchangeable terminology and just contributing to more confusion. Most of them, it appears, are not offering loans at all; some of them pretending so when in fact promoting their own services, not loans at all, and some employing tricks to shift away my focus from a loan. If you don't offer loans, why pretend? I had to browse through volumes of websites to find one or 2 services really offering structured settlement loans. They are vendors, not factoring companies. I'm not saying this is what I'll end up doing or that I like the idea or the terms, but these are already my thing and I'll decide for myself, and if not to my liking will look for something else.
There's no place for deception. We're adults and know how to decide. You guys out there just tell me what you offer and I'll let you know if it is what I'm looking for or not.
To be sure, I'm NOT referring to THIS site, definitely not, as they are clearly pointing out to me here the difference between a structured settlement loan or a transfer and don't attempt to trick me into something that I'm not hunting for at the moment. At the end of the day, honest is what counts.
